The PURS Committee oversees the various projects that the CWO is engaged in. PURS makes sure that projects have personnel, funding, or other resources. Projects are headed by volunteers and can be operated per their discretion.

The Propaganda Committee oversees the various aspects in which the Congress may present itself to the community. Propaganda is not just a hoard of posters, but a group of artists, designers, and (for all intents and purposes) diplomats; all engaged in promoting the Congress, its constituent organizations, and our collective mission.
The Security Committee safeguards the Congress and its activities. They ensure the safety of protests and provide support and personnel to events or organizations upon request.

The Treasury Committee oversees the financial operation of the Congress and its activities. The Treasury Committee is not just a receipt collector but is also engaged in projects to start and operate business cooperatives. Workers must own the means of production!
